Definitely don’t want to live here. Way too overpriced for the conditions it’s in and way to many maintenance problems. Can’t even get a hold of maintenance if you wanted to. If you have any problems you’ll have to hope and pray that the landlord is at the office. I definitely regret getting this apartment. Don’t be me.

Landlord is very hard to get a hold of. Especially when there is an issue with the apartment. Very nice lady otherwise. Hot water went out so just had to bathe in the kitchen using stove water. There is an “emergency” line but have never gotten an answer there either.

Been here for 1 year, seen lot of improvement with new management, Had Roach problem but fixed now, big sized apartments for the price, overall happy with the place. will recommend if you have kids as in summer my kids hang out by the pool daily.

Large floor plans. Rent is a little high considering the area, but it's minutes away from highway.no bug problems for me any more just can't get heat in my unit and seems like they don't want to fix the problem. Getting tired of having to use space heaters all day every day. I also can't get hardly any maintenance done in my unit. Would rate higher if the isues were fixed

Trash overflow, junk furniture near dumpsters, overgrown weeds. Frequent roach problems.
