No problems at all, these homes are awesome and the leasing office makes sure to get back to you as soon as possible; the maintenance crew is awesome as well, we had an issue and it was addressed as soon as possible. Still waiting on some more adjustments but STILL worth 5 stars.

I would never recommend this to people who don't have kids unless you feel like being ostracized. The front office has the worst communication. The house its self had so many issues, now I understand that they are older homes but the issues we had was unacceptable. We had mold in the garage which was just painted over. We had 4 vehicles broken into and damaged two which were in our driveway. Tools were also stolen out of our driveway middle of the day. Carpet was gross couldn't keep it clean even after hiring a cleaner. Work orders take way too long. So many issues that I could probably go on for hours. After the tornado's the front office was fixed first before peoples homes. My husband and I followed a work truck into neighborhood about a week after the tornado and it had 6 brand new TV's. The only one good thing was the guy who did the final inspection as we were leaving was the only nice guy.

absolutely great site. I've been sitting here for two years. I did not experience any incidents that upset us. The most important thing was that I felt safe. now I'm moving to colombus. Sorry to leave this site. We would like to thank everyone who made us feel happy, peaceful and safe.

Properties are nice. The maintenance team is responsive. The leasing office is a nightmare to work with. They don't respond to emails and they don't communicate until something has become urgent. Our water was turned off for hours to make a repair and we were never notified. When I inquired about the water being turned off I was sent to 4 different people, none of whom could give me an answer. I had to purchase two insurance policies becuase it was never communicated to me that I needed to purchase insurance and then I was threatened with eviction if I didn't purchase it it that day. When I did purchase the insurance I was told it wasn't sufficient and that I needed to up my coverage - it ended up being cheaper just to purchase another policy. When I tried to inquire about the insurance requirements I was ignored. The leasing office is not friendly or professional.

I have been a resident at the Properties at Wright Field for 7 and half years. Their staff is always kind and goes out of their way. It’s a safe place to live. The maintenance services are very good. It feels like a great community to be a part of. I would recommend living here to pretty much anyone.n-Beth Weiss, resident
