Pretty horrific as a rental company. If you're looking at this group for managing a property or renting from them, run the other direction. I've rented with multiple corporate and private landlords, and Coldwell Banker has been far and beyond the worst tenant experience of my life. Do you enjoy continually paying money for ignored (major) maintenance requests and zero accountability/responsibility from your landlord? Even after you ask nicely... again... and again... and again? I'm a reasonable renter, but having to wait months with no resolution in sight and only hear excuses (or hear nothing at all) of is far outside my scope of reasonable.nnCounting down the days until I can get the heck out of here and take my hard-earned, (always) on-time rent checks to a company that actually earns them and values me as a tenant (and at the very least, a human being). Under no circumstances would I recommend to anyone – poor value, not professional, not responsive. But if they respond to this review, at least we can all laugh at the irony of it.

If you’re looking at 'Flowerdale' apartments, we're warning you to go anywhere else. Some of these renovated units might look nice, but it’s lipstick on a pig and most of us living here can’t wait to leave. Coldwell refuses to fix anything since they took over. No one has cleaned the common spaces in months, the parking lot is full of potholes and trash on a regular basis, outside lights are burnt out, and unit maintenance goes completely unattended. The carpet in the halls is torn and full of holes and gross stains, and the overhead lights are full of disgusting dead bugs from the summer. Then no matter if you call, send emails, putting in tickets online according to ‘policy', you will be ignored. Or worse, in stead of making it right, they will reverse everything like its your problem for having a problem at all. It’s a one way street on when it comes to enforcing the terms in your lease. Completely negligent. They should stick to just selling homes if they don’t want to take care of your rental.
