Dakota is an amazing realtor and really astounded me with his skills and capabilities! He helped me sell my house and buy my new house which is nothing special in just that statement alone, what was special is that within 12 hours of listing my house he had 18 people lined up back to back to see the house, I received 12 offers on the house. He was then able to start a bidding war with the buyers which led to me selling my house for more than 27K about my asking price. The selling price was 36K more than what I originally bought it for and Dakota made selecting the right offer a breeze with his amazing team Erica and the rest of the support staff. When problems arose which they always do selling and buying a house what separated Dakota from the rest of the realtors in town was his problem solving skills and figuring out how to attack the problem from different approaches that led to a quick resolution. When Dakota helped me buy the new house he was shining again by finding a house that was almost ready to be placed on the market and got me in first and that led to me putting in an offer first and then that offer being accepted first! I could not be happier with Dakota, Erica, and the rest of the team. Probably the least stressful most streamed line experience I have ever had and anyone looking for a realtor should talk to Dakota first!

My husband and I worked with Dakota and Erica and had an amazing experience. Our house sold very quickly, and we were fortunate enough to find a house quickly too. Dakota and Erica made the experience go very smoothly. The two of them communicated well, they were prompt with appointments/responses, and were realistic with our goals. I was very happy with our experience and would recommend Dakota to anyone.

Dakota is wonderful. We live in the Cincinnati area and he always drove down 30+ minutes to show us houses we were interested in. He was able to get us the house we wanted with 6 other offers on the table! He's very knowledgeable and always available 24/7. You won't regret working with him as your realtor, because he will always come through and do everything he can to make sure you end-up with the house that you want. Working with Dakota and Erica was great! They sold our house 5 days after listing for almost asking price! They were calm, informative, and so helpful. After we sold, they took the time to show us many houses until we found the perfect one, for a great price!! Wouldn't want to work with anyone else!
