Matt was very great at helping me find a first home. He helped me understand what I was looking for in a home as well helping me judge homes that we viewed.nnAdditionally, Matt was very quick in responding to any questions or concerns I had throughout the entire process. Despite uncontrollable events (like an inspector cancelling at the last moment) he was able to help keep things on schedule by relying on his professional contacts to get what was needed.nnI would highly recommend Matt as a realtor for the Dayton area.

I stumbled across Matt Sadler while looking at a historic house he had listed. He had drawn a quality floorplan for the home, and I found that tool to be of great value as I evaluated the pros and cons of that particular property. I had only seen that done for higher end properties until I met Matt.nnHe genuinely appreciates historic homes and accompanied me into houses built from the 1860s to the early 1900s. I found him to be knowledgeable and articulate on historic construction methods, and he appreciates the craftsmanship and character of older homes.nnHe has been exceptionally responsive to my questions and requests. I've not had to repeat anything to him - he actually listens! He isn't pushy and communicates better than any realtor I've met through the years.
