Brian Dalton was GREAT to work with! He wasn't even officially our buyer agent. He was helping us look for houses while our agent was out of town. As a big family meeting our needs in this market was hard but he kept devoting his Saturday to us since it was only time my hubby could look with us! He worked very hard at helping my agent and finding us the perfect house! Even helped guide us down a crazy scary snow covered inclined driveway at one house! We are sooo grateful for his help!

My KW agent Erica and her team went above and beyond to make my home buying process as stress free as possible! Erica was timely, courteous, and honestly made the whole process so fun!! I will definitely recommend her and Keller Williams to any other first time home owners or anyone looking for a quality realtor and great experience

No one could have done better than Dakota, he sold my house fast, above asking (27K above) and made the process seamless!nnIt’s hard to say where to start with Dakota and his team but it is easy to name all the incredible traits and abilities they have. I am not typically the type of person to rave about someone but Dakota has impressed me with his skills! The number one biggest thing Dakota did was sell my house fast and far above my listing price! 27k above my listing price!!! My house was maybe on the market for 12 hours and Dakota had people lined out the door to come see the place which resulted in 8 offers and none of them were at or below my original asking price. He made it easily to pick the best offer, knew what signs to look out for with offers that might hit a rocky road down the way, and did all the heavy lifting where it just left me with the yes / no decision. The guy knows his stuff and would come up with smart ideas when in the negotiation process after we accepted the offer making it feel like he truly cares about making you happy and its more than just a job for him. Then his team made all the back end items to take care of breeze, emailing me check lists, helping me transfer my utilities, and fast tracking us to close.nnBest decision I ever made was using Dakota!

My husband and I worked with Dakota and Erica and had an amazing experience. Our house sold very quickly, and we were fortunate enough to find a house quickly too. Dakota and Erica made the experience go very smoothly. The two of them communicated well, they were prompt with appointments/responses, and were realistic with our goals. I was very happy with our experience and would recommend Dakota to anyone.
