Very disappointing. We purchased a regulator for our RV and refilled 30lbs propane costing us $66.95 for extended stay while in Ohio during winter. The regulator male end was scratched up deeply, which we didn't notice till attaching because they put a red cap on it. I called asked for assistance to return and refill propane lost which over the phone they seemed able to do.I returned 3 days later and was refunded for the regulator and told they won't refill the tank which ran out from the leaking regulator. Very different service over the phone than in person. We won't be returning here again and get our propane from Williams Fuel Stop.
I’ve been a customer of R&J Gas for many many years. I can’t imagine ever going any where else for my LP gas, chainsaw repair or other needs I might have. They stand behind their Stihl products which are the best you can buy.nIt’s nice to be able to get what you need when you need it and to deal with such friendly people. Stop in to see all their products. You’ll be glad you did.
