I appreciate the ease of selling my home to Darrell, on an as is basis for cash. My home was in need of updates to the kitchen area, flooring and painting. I founded Darrell to be fair and honest. He allowed me additional time after the close to remove additional items. I will recommend Darrell to my other friends who will be interested in selling their homes.

I was very skeptical of people that offer cash for your property. I had heard most of them try to low-ball you, this is not true of Darrell Brandenburg. I sold my property to him at a fair price and a quick closing. I found him to be honest and upfront. I would recommend Darrell to anyone interested in buying or selling property.

I want to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Darrell and D57 Investments for the purchase of my property. I had an older home in need of updates which I could not have provided or accomplished on my own. I had tried listing the property on the market, with no success at all. I called Darrell. He was respectful, listened to what I had to say and came out and looked over the property and saw potential, not doom. He was honest and forthright, and very easy to talk to.
