If I could give zero stars I would. Called earlier in the week and made a brow appointment over the phone for today. We live in rural Nebraska and don't have a brow bar near by. Left early because it's a 3 1/2 hours drive and I didn't want to be late in case we hit road construction. Showed up Twenty minutes early, and turns out I wasn't on the schedule, anywhere! The associate I spoke to never put the appointment in when she gave me the details. Extremely frustrated after driving all morning that they were unwilling to squeeze me into the 28 minute window between the next appointment, especially given the scheduling mistake on their end and the drive I made specifically for this appointment.
Great inventory. Great customer service.
Staff was very kind and helpful.
The manager wqs very helpful at rinding the product I needed even though it was a very niche item
