I am an original resident of Caldera House (opened roughly a year or so ago) and I am extremely happy that Champion manages it.nThe on-site staff is quick to respond to concerns, questions, and requests.nHere are some of the things that I like about it: quiet, great location, garages, quick/constant snow plowing, management, and package lockers.nI know other residents also like the cardio/weight room (really nice), heated swimming pool, free various coffee drinks, and occasional events (like a free pizza, etc.).nI would be surprised if you were disappointed about living at this Champion managed property.

My husband, dogs and I absolutely love Caldera House! It’s such a fabulous and beautiful place to live. The staff is over the top helpful, kind, and compassionate. We love taking the dogs on walks in the neighborhood right behind CH and of course love sitting on the balcony over the pool. Everything is always clean and kept up so we are very appreciative!

My husband and I love Caldera House and will miss it dearly. It was such a wonderful home for us and our two dogs. Back in December my husband broke his leg and we were stuck in another city for surgery and recovery and the Calder House Staff was so incredibily helpful to us. They put our packages in our appartment for us for a month straight so we did not have to worry about them sitting out. They all checked in on us periodically and radiated kindness everytime we spoke! We have moved states now because of work but I will always suggest Caldera House to anyone who is looking for a home.

BIG PROBLEMS WE FEAR! We signed a lease a few months ago. We liked it here because of the “luxury” amenities, look and feel. We were just informed about management change. Today, the fire cauldrons that made the outside beautiful were removed. Things like provided water for the gym and lounge area has disappeared. Many residents have noticed this and we’re getting a bit disenchanted with the slowly dwindling amenities that were the very reason for living here.
