Really outdated insulation (yellow is on the outer walls) which causes the electric bills to be around $150 for a one bedroom. There is also some black mold problems that when brought up I got told was dirt. Its in the toilet, the grout of the shower, the bathroom ceiling, and along the windows and patio door. They are fairly fast at responding to maintenance claims unless they are busy then it can be weeks. I’ve also had a leaking patio door ever since I’ve moved in that hasn’t been properly fixed for a year now. The vents are also connected between apartments so if someone smokes you smell it. Lastly they don’t really salt the parking lots in the winter and with the high speed bumps it can get scary with the black ice. Other than that its fairly nice, the people at the office are really nice and the rent is cheap for a big space. Its the best I’ve found in the area.

Recently moved in and could not have asked for a smoother move in process. The whole staff, especially Josh, was beyond helpful and incredibly personable. Josh was attentive to every detail of the process, while also valuing our needs while moving in. Everytime I would talk to him he would remember every detail of our move in off the top of his head and would have an update on any outstanding concerns from our previous conversations. Upon move in, maintenance waved and welcomed us in. I couldnt be more impressed by the staff of Heathermoor Apartments.

Nice community, nice area, townhouses are nice. The main issue is that no matter what the rent goes up every lease and their is nothing new. The pool, computer room are the amenities offered. They will nickle and dime you when you leave so be very careful. They do charge u to paint even if you have been their over 4 years so if you have kids even though your paying over a $1000.00 to live their unless you just moved in dont let them touch the walls. The unit had to look exactly as it did when you moved in so basically it has to look like noone lived their LOL . Very hard to do if you have children. The maintenance are the best! Quick, friendly and thorough. Thats why I gave them a score at all.

Not a safe place, alot of cars' tires robberies happened lately. Also, the maintenance men are very rude and not professional. Most of the time they fix the stuff in an unprofessional way and when I tell them to do it in a better way, they start to shout at me to scare me. All of them use the same rude way in communication with the people.
