If you have an issue with any Roger C Perry property, don't look to them to do anything. They will tell you what they think you want to hear but the follow through is severely lacking.

I own a property with this Home Owner Association/Property Management Company. Their customer service is extremely poor. Takes multiple attempts, phone calls, emails, to get a response or anything done. I recently had a phone experience with a woman on the phone who was quite rude. I simply called to ask if they have had reports of similar issues but she didn't seem to care and was eager to pass me off to another department, had no empathy or care for my concern. She even quickly spat out an ending response that someone will call me and hung up on me before I even had the chance to talk or ask another questions. I work in customer service and receive calls all day, and I have to say this woman has no phone etiquette what so ever.

Terrible customer service at your Barclay Square apartments. We all miss the old management, especially Melissa. The current management team don’t either know what they are doing or they just don’t care. Worse customer service ever, I would have given them no star if that was possible.

Do not rent from them. Especially if you need someone to sign the lease for you and you be the occupant. I paid over $1000 to them for a deposit with a check that had my name on it and they sent it back to the ‘lease owner’. They are impossible to deal with and make a lot of false promises. Save yourself the trouble and look at other places in the area like F&W and New Horizons Housing.
