Nothing against the tech or location (the building is beautiful) but sugaring was a horrible experience for me. Instead of a couple rips under each arm like I'm used to with waxing, this process required about 20 under each arm. That would have been fine as it didn't hurt too much but when I got home and looked closely there were still a TON of hairs left. I had to shave with a razor it was so bad. Not sure what I spent my money on...nEdit: I appreciate the response but I assure you the hair under my arms was long enough... I hadn't shaved for almost two months! LOLnThe tech did have to change the sugar solution several times. I think I just had a bad batch. Oh well, it's not for me.
I've come here multiple times for sugaring with Meaghan, and for nails. the employees are wonderful and Meaghan always makes me feel so comfortable! I'd recommend BBS over any other place I've been to.
I would highly recommend this salon. There was a misunderstanding with my service during my first visit. Kelly contacted me directly and asked what could be done to ensure my satisfaction and then she did just that. This salon has a ton of charm, it is very clean, the pedicure chairs are amazing and I am looking forward to trying all the services they have to offer. Thank you Kelly for caring about your customers, even when they are brand new!
