Worst place I’ve ever had my nails. Nini the owner she really rushes to get the job done. My nail chipped off after one day. How fast she was doing my nail that she soak off too much of my left thumb That I have ingrown nail right now which may cause infection. WOULD NOT recommend this place. She could have just told me she did not have time better than what she did to my finger.nMost Horrible nail salon in Columbus. Even one start is too much but had to leave it for google.
Staff was all around fantastic! Great sense of humor! My nails have never looked so good! I will never go anywhere else but Haven. Tiffany you are awesome!
This was my first time visiting this salon. I must say that I am pleased with the service I received. Aaron my nail tech was excellent. All of the staff were friendly, funny, and you can tell that they take pride in the quality of their work. I will be back.
I have had time to think if it was worth leaving some feedback. I believe this may be of some importance.nHaven Nail Salon is my typical go-to so I can enjoy getting manicures and pedicures. I frequent every two or 3 weeks depending on what service I need.nI went in on Saturday- early to get a pedicure.nWhen I arrived, there was a small wait. It wasn't anything abnormal for a Saturday nail salon.nWhen I was sat in my chair, the owner started yelling at everyone inside both employees and patrons. I couldn't believe what I was hearing.nCompletely rude and disrespectful. I cannot go back to an establishment that is verbally abusive.nI gave 2 stars for the ladies that have to work for her.
