I want to start with the good; Sydney did my nails today and was super sweet. She did a good job and was very kind.nUnfortunately while there my 3 year old got hurt and although the owner was notified, over a 45 minute span went by before we left and she never checked on him or apologized. Now my child was not the customer, but he was there with me, in a stroller and a super well behaved kiddo. The only time he got down was to go to the restroom, which I went with him. As we were heading back I stopped and asked the nail tech which way to the restroom and he bent down and touched lights they had on the ground. It burned his finger enough that he yelled and hadbalmost an immediate blister. Now those lights were clearly out as display but something that hot should not have been there! Well and he’s a kid and he gets hurt and he looks with his hands and not just eyes sometimes BUT if someone adult or child gets hurt at your home or business or anything who in the world doesn’t check on them?!?! I debated whether or not to post this... after speaking with my husband I decided to write a review. I would want to know, in fact, I read reviews before making my appt. I often take my boys to salons to get haircuts, but we won’t be back here. Sad deal because I read good things and had planned to make a hair appt before I left. This owner welcomed my son and I when we walked in the place but didn’t handle the latter very well. If you are questioning why I didn’t address the owner at the time, well my son is a little sensitive and I didn’t want to upset him by being upset. I’m not a confrontational person and prefer the opportunity to think things over before reacting, so here we are. My experience is a bit of a mess cause the nail tech was great, but sadly terribly disappointed by the owner.
