The shape is super pretty and the color is beautiful. really good price for what i got. she was super nice and polite and made small talk with me she was also very nice to other costumers. She took her time to make my nails perfect. I really appreciate how careful she was and how they didn't rush the experience.
I went to this shop about a month ago, got a full manicure and pedicure. It was uneven, the size was off and the edges were extremely jagged as well as the acrylic nail was showing. (They didn’t paint the sides of the nails.) The whole prepping process was rough. They layered acrylic with dip and gel. The nails were THICK. Overall it was just bad and expensive on top of that! I definitely recommend Posh! on S High St. So so SO much better, less expensive and the customer service is night and day compared to serenity.
I love Sofia and Jason! They are super sweet. My dip lasts 3 weeks to a month and their color selection is phenomenal. The student discounts they disperse randomly throughout the year are helpful to a college student like myself.
This place is amazing. It’s family owned and operated! They give the best service and Sofia has a true talent with nail art. I recommend this place to everyone I know!!! I have zero complaints
I came back to Serenity Beauty & Nail Spa after for a redo after being unsatisfied the first time. Not to discredit the other workers but she did a perfect job. Such a cheerful environment and so much talent in all the techs!
