When we started our house search, we didn't even know what suburb we wanted. Mike was willing to meet us anywhere, and helped us organize our search process. He was very flexible in meeting days and times that worked for us. As we started to look at more houses, he helped us narrow in on the aspects that were most important to us, and found houses that he knew would suit our needs. Mike was truthful about serious concerns he had about houses we thought we liked. His experience and knowledge quickly became apparent to us, so we valued and trusted his advice. He was very patient during periods of our indecisiveness, and we never felt any pressure to hurry our search process. He spent 4 solid months with us to find us the perfect house, and was very helpful during the buying and closing process. We highly recommend Mike Pacifico!
