Darlene has been our realtor through three separate deals over the last 3 years. She helped us market and sell our house, find and purchase land for our new house, and acquire some additional land near our new house. Why do we keep using Darlene? Because Darlene gets it done! She isn't just a realtor, she is a professional. Her knowledge and insight was invaluable to selling our house for highest price in our old neighborhood! Her negotiation skills and persistence ensured we got the best deal possible on our land purchase. Her calm demeanor and clear thinking ensured we stayed focus on our end goals during what is often an emotional experience. If you are looking to either buy, or sell a house in the Canal Winchester, Pickerington, or surrounding areas, you'd be doing yourself a huge disservice if you don't call Darlene! She guided my wife and I through the purchase of our first home in Canal Winchester, and again in the sale of the same house--two firsts for us! We couldn't have found a better, more experienced and personable realtor to work for us and our best interests. Darlene was literally available anytime we needed her and made sure we never had to worry about anything. If there was a problem, she resolved it very quickly! If we had a question, she got us an answer right away! If she told us she was going to do something, she did it! Working with her did not feel like just another arms length transactional relationship. We felt like we had a family member working for us. Although we knew she was extremely busy with other clients, we never felt like we were not a priority. Darlene also worked her magic and made sure we got the absolute best offer for our house. And when we closed, she actually sent US a thank you gift--not the other way around!! I could go on and on about our experience with Darlene, but honestly, you just have to see for yourself!! BEST IN THE GAME IN MY BOOK!!!

Darlene helped us sell our home very quickly in September 2020. Very professional, and has all the necessary connections to get your home ready to sell. She made the process very easy for us. Got our asking price, and closed within 30 days. I highly recommend Darlene.
