We always use Stanley Steemer in our home and we couldn’t be happier. Each service person we’ve had come to our home has been professional, courteous, friendly and thorough. They always do a great job of cleaning and protecting the carpet while being thoughtful of our furniture. I also love that Stanley Steemer is 100% kid and pet friendly with the products — no harmful chemicals for our family.

Just wanted to share my experience with the Canal Winchester location of Stanley Steemer.nnI hired them to clean a few carpets and when they arrived, I added some furniture and it was no issue at all. They told me they would arrive between 1-4 (thankfully a small window versus other places) and I received a call at 1230 to expect them at 1pm and that's when they showed up. Professional, polite and masked.nnJob well done. 5 stars. Would hire again.

Stanley Steemer and the crew that helped clean our furniture after a cross state move did a fantastic job. They showed up on time and were incredibly respectful of moving around our new house that had wet paint and packed boxes everywhere. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer and trust they will make your priorities their own.

I would highly recommend Stanley Steemer. I have had my carpet cleaned before by other companies and will never again. A little over a year ago, I had a different cleaning company come and break things in my home. They also left foot marks of dirt on the carpet. This was not the case for Stanley steemer. The cleaners made sure to have things on their feet to protect the newly cleaned carpet and also were carful making their way around my house.

I have used Stanley Steemer a total of 4 times now on various rental properties and my home. I have been very happy with the results and my ductwork is very clean compared to how it was before. The service techs are very knowledgeable and have been respectful when entering my home and rental properties. They have always explained the process very well and answered any questions or concerns that I might have had.nnAlso, it really does work! I have a 2 year old who was constantly coughing and sneezing when we first moved into our home. The previous owner had several cats which my son is allergic to unfortunately. A doctor had recommended that we try to clean the house of all debris in the duct work. After the duct work was cleaned we did notice a huge difference in how our son slept and how he felt during the day.nnAfter this I was convinced that it really does work and for the money it turned out to be a great value.
