Horrible place to work and to do business for. The ones in the morning constantly dont do there jobs and leave every bit of clothes to be detailed by the night clerk and the customers are constantly having their clothes lost.

I dropped off a coat to have the zipper replaced. They told me they would send it out for the repair, and it would take three weeks. I started calling after five weeks, it’s now been nine weeks, I’ve called at least six times to find out where my coat is and when it will be done. No one knows, but they promise to find out and call me back. No one has returned any of my calls. Worse customer service EVER!!! I will not ever use this place again, and HIGHLY recommend no one else does either. They obviously don’t care about their customers.

STAY AWAY! I would highly recommend going elsewhere with your business! I have taken my dress shirts and down comforters to the location in Gahanna never had one problem. But The Pickerington location is HORRIFIC! they lost a $250 down comforter 6 months ago and offered a store credit for future cleaning also ruined one of my custom fitted Tom James dress shirts on a different occasion. I have stayed away from them for over 8 months. This last Saturday I dropped off our only other down comforter to give them a last chance. They told me it would be ready Tuesday for pickup, I gave them an extra day and drove in today Wednesday at 530pm spoke to Dylan he asked if I could come back in 1 hour because he couldn’t find my itemud83eudd26ud83cudffbud83eudd37ud83cudffb so I called right at cl 655pm to see if they had found it and NOPE same old story it’s lost give us a few days ??? I’m so done with this place! Like WTH?!??
