I am editing this review 4 months after it was originally posted. I found my wife's veil and had accused Hill Cleaners of receiving it along with the dress and not giving it back. The corrected review is that they had the professionalism and heart to inform me that the sequins on the dress could come off if I had them clean the dress. I chose then not to go through with the cleaning and picked the dress back up and it was fine. I am sure that they are an excellent resource for dry cleaning needs. Olga is very nice. I apologize for my paranoia and false negative review from 4 months ago.

I had a sports jacket sleeves shortened. When I got the jacket back it was improperly done. They had sewn the sleeve buttons on: They were too close together. They caused the sleeve material caused the sleeve material around the buttons to pucker pucker. When I took the coat back she smiled and said that's the way we do it here. When I told her I was going to write a bad review of her work then she offered to do the sleeves over again. I would not recommend Hills to anyone. I'm stuck and have to take my jacket to someone else. They had my coat 2 weeks, messed it up and I don't have any resource.

I have always had positive experience when I came for service to this family-owned business. We are always greeted with a smile and delivery of service is outstanding. Olga always offers helpful suggestion and advise when needed. They are also very understanding and caring when it comes to emergencies and they are willing to go the extra mile to better that outstanding service! I am treated as a family member at Hill Cleaners and I enjoy seeing and talking to the business owners because they always find a way to brighten my day. With confidence I am rating this business with 5 and more stars and I will most definitely bring my next clothing item for alterations or dry cleaning only to Hill Cleaners!
