I went in tonight and the guy named Matt there was amazing. Most of the time I go to subway the guys working just slap everything you want onto the sub, this guy took his time to make the sub nice and neat. He didn't put on too much, just a little bit at a time till it was at to my liking. He was super polite and seemed happy. This guy made my experience ever at subway the best one yet

Nice location, clean store, order was ready when I arrived very clean and well put location the one on the west side of town should get retrained by this location, nice staff
Its unfortunate that the busiest and newest location here in rapid is sooo awful. They frequently mess up orders loose orders and have melt downs in front of customers I would recommend a STRONG pass on this location.
OMG for the first time ever I actually got the sandwich I wanted and these guys made it perfect I have been all over the United States and these two gentlemen are outstanding thank you Matt
