Love the new receptionist!!!!! She makes a world of difference for that place! Being in the beauty industry I understand spas and how they make or break due to the front desk. I have been annoyed with this business in the past due to The front desk people but this girl is amazing!

I’ve been getting monthly massages at the Pickerington Massage Envy for at least three years now, and I always schedule with the same therapist, Lloyd, because he is so skilled. He never fails to ask what I need worked on before he starts, even though it’s usually the same. He has a calm, easy going personality that fits right in with being relaxed. The front desk staff rotated fairly regularly but are always pleasant and professional.
I have been calling this location to schedule a service for almost a week and have left 6 messages. No one has yet to call me back. Very poor customer service from this location. Cancelling my membership! Would not recommend this location to anyone
