i stopped coming here YEARS ago. my mom wanted to go so i gave it another shot after not coming for four years. still extremely dissatisfied. Prices online are WRONG. I went in for a full set which is said to be $30 and $35 with gel. I understand shapes cost extra but somehow i walked out spending $70. They don’t put the acrylic where your cuticles end. My nails look like they’re already a week grown out and i got them done yesterday. I got an accent nail and they charged me for getting a design after telling me two colors came with it..... this place is unbelievable. they wouldn’t fix the mark or hair they made in my gel polish. My nail length is extremely uneven. my mom got a full set and hers are extremely uneven and they are SHORT. somehow she paid the same as me and got a basic full set. Don’t come here....
The male tech who I think is the owner was very rude. He was on his phone and very aggressive my nails came out horrible and I will never go back.Called in for same day appointment set for hours they could have just said they were busy.
I would not recommend this place . The owner did a rushed and horrible job on my nails. Also nipped my skin with the drill twice.
They always do a great job.
This was my first time getting acrylic nails and I'm so impressed! Lana did an amazing job, was super helpful with suggestions and very personable. If I lived in columbus I would definitely be a regular with Lana. But I'll take coming back during visits!! Thank you Lana!
