I live here and honestly the community. The staff are great. Billy, the maintenance guy, is very kind and is helpful and does his job and can talk to anyone. Even the littlest job, like replacing blinds, he tells stories while doing it and he is very understanding about certain situations. Even though some neighbors are a little loud, it is a great place to live. You can also choose to rent a 2 story house for a big family or you can rent a simple 1 story house for smaller families or you're living by yourself. Plus, if your kid goes to the middle school, it isn't too far from Bethel Park. It is really close to the school that they can walk there and back with ease. If you're looking for a place to live in Bethel, I recommend living at Bethel Park Apartments.

Hi i live here. good place to live at i would say. Good maintenance, Robin the manager, is really nice and tries her best to help. Good place for big families and small families.

I know someone who did live here. I’ll just say management is not nice at all, almost to the point of harassment. Maintenance is terrible and doesn’t come when they are supposed to. My friend never called a maintenance call due prior calls of things not getting fixed on time or fixed at all. They also didn’t make calls because they didn’t want to be a burden. I’ve gone in there and fixed a few things, small things but ultimately that’s why they moved out.

I have called on and off for about 3 months. Left multiple voicemails and no call backs or anything. I heard great things about this place but my experience with just trying to speak to someone about availability was a nightmare.

The staff is friendly. If you dint follow directions then you're gonna have a bad time. Billy the maintenance man works very hard to make sure everything is taken care if promptly. The girls in the office was great. Corporate pushes stupid policies onto the office staff that they have to enforce but they're just doing their job. Some neighbors are actual trash but its not a terrible place to live.
