We called Nick to clean the carpets in a house we had purchased after our realtor recommended him and he did an excellent job. After one appointment with Nick we no longer are picking up pet hair when we walk across the carpet. We also had him clean a loveseat that had been through five years with two small children and it looks amazing. Nick was also very personable and took the time to have a real conversations with us. We will definitely be using Steam Clean Cincy in the future!
My husband and I got a new puppy so we needed our carpets cleaned now that she is potty trained. We are so happy the carpets look great and it was a super easy process. I would definitely recommend using this family owned company. And we will be using them in the future for sure!
Nick was very responsive from my initial inquiry on services, called the same day and had me on the schedule within the week! I just purchased a 99 Wrangler, the seats and carpet had several stains from the years and an odor within the vehicle itself. The interior looks so much better after they detailed and cleaned the Upholstery and carpets, I'm blown away!! I will definitely be referring and resusing their services!
