It's Taco Bell, come on!

I was applaud when I used a credit card to pay and the server not only left my card in the reader while she returned to the drive up window 2 times. In addition after the purchase was completed she pulled my card out of the reader, placed it on the counter and returned to the drive up window for about 6 minutes. When I addressed this matter with her, she made light of the issue and another employee came out and stated to me that's how they do business. I WILL NOT RETURN TO TACO BELL EVER.

Usually decent. Although, they never put sauce packets in the takeout bags, no matter how many we ask for or which kinds. The only time I've gotten sauce packets from this location is when they were available for customers to grab themselves (before covid restrictions).

We use the Mobile app and go to the Drive-thru. They are polite and funny. Exactly what is needed during this depressing time we live in. My husband and I order very specific foods and 9 times out of 10 they are absolutely correct.

Best taco bell ive evee been to. You actually get what you pay for at this location. Not a taco with 90% lettuce
