I went here to get a rabbit a few months ago, it was very unorganized and very unprofessional, I was handed a box and told “pick anyone one you want” as the gentleman walked away from me that worked there. The bunny’s were in a very cluttered space together I feel like that was unsafe for the bunnies we had no instructions on how to close the cage or how to handle a rabbit, the experience overall was disappointing. I called the other day and asked about the bunny I purchased in which he responded with they do not keep logs of the bunnies records which I see as an issue and needs to addressed due to the health and safety of the bunnies as well as the knowledge for the owners

We got a fresh Christmas tree from here this year and it was my first time getting a real one as an adult with a family. They were so sweet and knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell me or anything like places often do when they know someone doesn't know what they are doing! It was a great tree at a great price and it's still doing well a week later! And of course, unbeatable service as always. We love this place so much that when we were talking about moving my boyfriend said he doesn't want to leave Mechanicville because he doesn't want to move away from Country Living!
