Herb & his team showed up promptly on Christmas Eve of all days, and immediately got to work drying out my kitchen from a dishwasher leak. They were so professional and friendly, polite, quick and efficient to get the equipment in place and working. The entire team was super friendly and did excellent work. I would highly recommend their team to anyone!!
One of my neighbors used this service and these people damaged my property while servicing them. I called them and their supervisor Herbert came to talk to me. Without even showing basic courtesy of damaged property, the supervisor started behaving very rudely with me and was not very sensitive to the property that he and his employees damaged. The company and their employees do not have a good attitude and they definitely do not care how they execute their business.nnI did not even get my damaged goods reimbursed. Very disappointed!
I can't say enough positive things about Service Master. The friendly, professional people were a pleasure to deal with as well as very fast and efficent. I recently discovered a water leak in my home. My insurance agent recommended Service Master Restore. What a blessing ! Bryan Price was here within an hour to see the damage and let me know how they would take care of everything step by step . First thing in the morning his crew was here to start work . They were very courteous and respectful of me and my property . Bryan was here everyday to check on the progress and to assure me that every thing would be taken care of . When everything was finished they cleaned up and left everything immaculate ! Bryan and his crew made what could have been a nightmare a great experience ! I absolutely would recommend this company !
