The location on East Avenue has absolutely ruined my dress. First off, I dropped off an evening-wear dress to be cleaned. It got lost and nobody could find it for 4 days. It miraculously showed up and I was contacted it was ready. THEN when I picked it up yesterday evening, to my unbelievable surprise, ALL OF THE SEQUENS HAD BEEN REMOVED from the bodice of the dress. It was sent out to be cleaned and all the sequins were stripped off because of the machine they use. I was not warned of this beforehand when I dropped my dress off, I was not informed in anyway, shape, or form, nor was it confirmed with me that they would be doing this to my dress. $60 dress ruined!! Now the managers will not call me back. This place is terrible and does not care about customer service.
I really like the work this dry cleaner does, however their prices are high
