Gave us a Veteran discount before we even asked for it. They seen the Veteran hat on the dash of my truck. Food was EXCELLENT. Workers were super polite. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Tried to order at the drive up awhile ago. Guy couldn't hear us, even though I was speaking loud and clear, so we had to pull around and wait behind another car who was already waiting at the window. Waited about ten minutes. Finally got to the window and had to repeat everything all over and then wait while it was being fixed. Asked to have our shakes put in a sack. (We like to transport the drinks in a bag until we get home) After repeating the whole order several times to him, hincluding requesting the shakes be put in a bag, he seemed not to understand, but made a smart elic remark about how they DO come in bags. Eventually, the guy came back with our shakes and started to hand them out of the window (not in a bag). I, once again told him that we wanted them in a sack. He just looked stupified and said he couldn't do that. That was enough for me and we drove off to Burger King. Never going back. We'll drive to Sturgis to get Arbys from now on.
The new building looks great! Now they look open. The drive thru moved quickly. Our order was accurate and the food tasted good.
Best staff around kind and professional.
