I have a love hate relationship with this place. A few years ago they lost all my stuff for a few days. They have been pretty good for the past year or so. Make sure you take advantage of the weekend shirt special. It's a 7 day turn around but a solid deal.
I waited 20 years to give them something to clean and I will wait another 20. I gave them a small white down coat. I explained to the lady about the oil marks and that was the only reason that i was here. . to remove the oil marks. She told me about $20 and she said that she marked it extra care. Now that lady was nice. But i asked her for a specific price and she said about $20. By the way I gave it to them after washing it twice myself, it was clean. I picked it up no apology for the $25 price and only excuses. I really don't care for them, but it just might be me, total waste of time and money.
Environmentally unfriendly, does not recycle hangers. Also repeatedly broke buttons, which I discovered was not normal when I switched drycleaners.
They impeccably cleaned my 5 Adirondack chair cushions and are storing them til May! Thrilled!
Excellent service and quality dry cleaning services. I would highly recommend Arthur's Cleaners.
