Every time I look in the mirror I fall more and more in love with the way my hair looks after visiting Split Ends. Shelly is an amazing artist—she managed to take a ton of brown outgrowth and blend highlights and lowlights in to take me back to being overall blonde, but with this lovely dimension to it. She said she wanted my hair to look beautiful, and that's exactly how I'd describe the end result. This is easily the best, most professional hair color result I've ever had. As a bonus, Shelly is a delight to talk to! If this were my permanent residence, I'd faithfully return here forever.

I have to say upfront - I was very hesitant to trust my hair to anybody again, but I was in desperate need for professional help.nShelly knew right away what treatments I needed to get, she created a customized routine for me to revive my hair and prevent future breakage. My daughter asked for blonde hair and she came out with red hair. The lady called it strawberry blonde. Not what my daughter wanted at all. Will not be going back!!

It was last minute appointment. Shelly got me in and didn't rush. She did great and I absolutely love It! I will be back.
