Outstanding!! Cleaners did an excellent job! We had a white dress (very delicate) with stains ground in and we needed it back in just over 24 hours- they were able to expertly remove the stains without damaging the dress, and had it back the next day at 5pm in time to pick up before flying out to a meeting Thank You!!!!

They always do a fantastic job, their attention to detail is a huge plus. Highly recommend them.

So professional , customer service excellent. Prices great and the clothes were done in a way that you just do see anymore with Dry Cleaners.

I wasn't going to leave a review until I received an email and text from Slingerlands, so here you go. Best Cleaners as a company is great, you just have to find the right employees. Unfortunately I will never be using the Slingerlands location again. I brought in a jacket, 2 shirts, and 2 slacks at 7:30am and was told that it would be ready by the end of the day since I brought it in before 9. I don't hear anything from them throughout the day so I decide to call at 4:30pm only to find out that everything besides the slacks were ready, which would not be ready until 3:30pm the next day when the driver dropped them off from Schenectady. I needed the pants for the next morning, so I asked if there was any way that I could get them from the Schenectady location, the answer was no. I understand that things happen, but if you're going to blame it on the snow then at least give me a heads up when I drop them off in the morning, when the snow was already bad. If I had known there was any chance that my clothes wouldn't be ready on the same day, I wouldn't have had them cleaned at all. Instead I had to buy a new pair of slacks for a business trip. The good news is that the next time I needed same day service, on New Year's Eve, I called around to a few different locations. The Delmar location told me that most Best Cleaners do it off-site, but the Latham location does it on-site and would be the most likely to have my clothes done on the same day, which they did. I'll happily leave a 5 star review for the Delmar location for giving me this info which would've been useful the first time around, and also for the Latham location who actually got it done when they said they would.
