Cynthia the customer service representative at the Delmar, NY location could not have been nicer. She patiently explained a process and also took the time to ensure that she had done everything she could to provide great customer service. It is rare that my order is done exactly as I requested. On that rare occasion, the staff is quick to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. Simona, the seamstress is fantastic! Exact, neat and always with a smile on her face. In the many years that I have frequented this location, I have never been disappointed.

I had a very nice experience getting my leather coat repaired. The staff is extremely Friendly and professional. They really work like an old-time business used to work. Good communication and great work. They even do pickup and Delivery for free. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

The people were wonderful and attentive to my needs. The cost of cleaning two short wool costs surprised me. $42.80 for 2 coats made me realize why I don’t wear wool anymore.

If I could give zero stars I would. I dropped my things off on a Monday for a wedding on Saturday. I was told everything would be ready by Wednesday. I went Wednesday to pick everything up and I only had 4 pieces of clothing that we're ready. So I can back Friday morning and they had another piece ready, somehow my pants got dry cleaned separately from my blazer. They told me to come back Friday night as it would 100% be there. When I got there... It wasn't. I asked the employee she said it would be ready Saturday morning and I had to leave Friday night because the event was out of town. I wanted to talk to a manager and she gave me the number of Liz, whom she was on the phone with trying to get my clothes sorted. I tried to call Liz and she would not even answer the phone. Mind you I paid 55$ for this service. I get home and take out the things they had done, AND THEY WERENT EVEN DRY CLEANED. If I could attach pictures I would. Please do not support this place as they do not care about their customers.
