I've been into this store 4 or 5 times now each time the staff has been horrible at everything inventory,product knowledge, customer service. I would recommend skipping this place all together and just go to the Aurora store where they are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Whoever owns the Parker store should be ashamed of the experience his employees are providing. Littleton has some good people too and a sweet little crawler course. So you have a few options outside of the Parker store.
I'm very happy to come to this store for my Citadel/Games Workshop paint needs. Everytime I'm in Parker I make it a must to visit this store even if it is to buy but a bottle of paint. Very knowledgeable staff.
Was in the market for a carbon cub, I hate buying online and chose to go check out my local Hobbyshop. They had the plane in stock and were very helpful and friendly! Tomorrow is my day off and I plan on picking up the trojan t28 and a stand and some extra batteries. this is now my local dig ;) Cheers mates!
I really like the service here, the staff are kind and useful, and have a good selection for my hobby needs! Good place to go if you need parts or other things for an RC car!
Very friendly staff. Helped troubleshoot my Traxxas battery pack and charger. Got them working again for no charge. My daughter loved the store too, we’ll be back again for sure!
