Darlene Cepel could not have been more helpful and easy to work with! She was available to us at all hours of the day, answered our questions in a timely manner, and was so kind and friendly. She helped price our house just right and we were able to get an offer right away. We would highly recommend her.

Shalynn Spitz was absolutely phenomenal when it came to purchasing my first home. This was my first home purchase so I was definitely jumping in without knowing how deep the water was. She was able to slow down and explain the process to me step by step and made the entire process stress free and very easy. She showed me a plethora of houses and never got frustrated with me when I couldn't make up my mind or told her it wasn't the right one. She approached each No from me as a challenge, and showed me each new house with increased vigor and enthusiasm. She worked tirelessly with my lender to make sure everything was buttoned up in time for closing and has Continued to help me even after my closing date and everything was finalized. She wasn't just there to sell me a house she was there to make sure everything went smoothly and to be here throughout my entire ownership experience. Darlene was outstanding as my wife and I were searching for a house. We were new to the area and she brought a lot of knowledge and understanding of the market and housing in Columbus. Darlene never pushed or pressured us into anything, which is a rarity. I would definitely recommend Darlene to anyone looking for a house in the Columbus area.
