Got some Arby's at the newly renovated location on Webb. Went through drive through and my order was slightly wrong. However to be fair I'm kind of a confusing orderer sometimes. Anyways took in the wrong food and told them what I was missing and I was met with a genuine smile and prompt service to correct my order by a gentleman who I believe was the manager. An added bonus was that I got to see the inside of the restaurant which is very very snazzy! Beautiful place and nice people. Food was excellent as well!
Food was good and very warm. Perfect for a cold snowy day. French dip was very tasty so was the cheese Arby's sandwich. Fries were cooked just right. Lobby was clean and service was friendly.
Order was taken in timely manner. Order was read back to make sure it was correct. Only issue was the chocolate shake was vanilla flavored. Had to wait for another shake to be made as the chocolate was out of syrup. Otherwise good food and great service.
This place is always clean ,staff is really nice and courteous. Food is delicious.
I had the most friendly young man at the drive up window. He acted like he enjoyed his job, was super polite, & I left with a smile on my face.
