I haven't had a chance to use the extended services here other than the car wash. Having a black truck makes it a bit difficult to keep things clean. I love the convenience of just driving through with my membership as often as I want. Luckily there is one right between work and home and there usually isn't a long wait. I think in Rochester there is pretty much one near everyone.
I usually love this place. This was my first time using their detailing service.... not really thrilled. My windows are all streaky and there’s a thick film on them, they spilled something in the back, the doors and windows in the back also still have prints and smudges, the carpets have places that weren’t done, my door was cleaned only half way. I just had to go buy supplies to redo it myself. Not cool.
Love the job they do for inside detailing. Just like a new car. Outside wash is great also.
Do not use this company. The quality is horrible and the damage is even worse. To top it off, when you try to get someone on the phone to get something resolved, you waste an hour just to find out your sol. Avoid this place at all costs. They do not care about customer service. It's too hard to make a dollar these days. Don't spend that hard earned money here.
The girls that work there are awesome, and work hard even in the cold. I always tip them. The guys really don't care.
