I have a monthly membership at Mister. I always use the West River Parkway location. The staff is always friendly, waving, smiling and welcoming every time I pull in. They seem to take pride in their job and care about their customers. Not all businesses portray this. When I pull into Mister Carwash, I know my business is appreciated and I will be well taken care of. Kudos to all the smiling and friendly employees there. You've created a very consumer friendly atmosphere. A couple times I needed help with my account and the employees each time were so gracious and very nice. Thank you for always providing kind and considerate service. I will continue to support and refer your business.
Love the easr of the monthly Unlimited Membership. Sometimes I think they need to pay more attention to the prewash spraying... especially when the car is covered in salt and sand from the winter roads.

Think the monthly wash plans are quite reasonable. For the most part, doesn’t take long at all to get through queue and wash; especially with the new automated barcode readers. Washes are pretty good, except that I drive an SUV with a rear mounted tire and the wash/brushes NEVER do a good job on the back; always left dirty.
Great place, nice facility. Friendly stuff, reasonably priced.
