Went here a couple weeks ago for my birthday with some friends. I haven’t eaten inside a restaurant, let alone a Red Robin in a very long time. Our server was stupendous... never had an empty water/pop. The food was perfect! And, my rewards wasn’t working well but the server managed to talk to their supervisor so I could get my Birthday Burger. I forgot the name of the server but they deserve a raise. Left full and very happy

Edit:nThey just messed up my order again. Ordered boneless BBQ wings for my son. I got home and they were Buffalo. Called them, and they made no effort to make it right other to make it again. Awesome. I love the half hour round trip(while my food gets cold) I gotta make because YOU made a mistake.nnMessed up my order about a month ago. I called, they said they would send me a gift certificate to make up for it. I was sceptical for good reason. They never bothered. Nice customer service.nnToday, I can't get through to place order. They keep putting me on hold, hung up after 5 minutes first time, tried again. Put me on hold second time before I could even get a word in, 7 minutes.nCalled 6 mile rd, finally placed older after 3 minutes on hos with them.nnBoth places should hire more people

This was my first time here and the food was amazing and the service was great too. My server was Lee and he was just so nice and always had a smile on his face and always made sure everything was ok. This place is awesome, burgers are amazing, totally recommend!!

Consistently good tasting food (something often missing from many restaurants). Bridget was was kind and friendly and took good care of me. I love Red Robin and hope everyone will support this company and it's employees during this difficult time. I'm looking forward to the day I can eat inside again rather than in my vehicle in the parking lot.

me and my wife just left after waiting 45 minutes for a burger and fries. our kid is going to be home from school we can't wait an hour for a hamburger. what a joke. would have paid for the lemonade and soup but the waitress was busy arguing with the staff in the back and we had no more time to sit around. if you're wondering if they were busy, nope. we were one of maybe 3 tables seated in the entire restaurant. get new kitchen staff cause that was a joke. our waitress was very nice though we don't blame her.
