It was okay. It wasn't great, but it wasn't bad. It was just okay.nThe staff was friendly, the food was hot and fresh. But, the coleslaw was close to, if not the worst, coleslaw I've ever had. The chicken bites were decent, the mushrooms were decent, the sauces were decent. But, for what you get, it isn't worth it. The total was $20 for: 10 pieces of chicken bites, half a cup of coleslaw, a small order of mushrooms (approx. 10-12 mushrooms), a roll, 2 sauces, and a large fountain drink. TWENTY dollars. Perhaps some of their other menu items are worth the cost? I'm not sure. However, its not a place I'd recommend to my family/friends.

Ordered 2 dinners. Everything GREASY!! Tossed out tons of french fries. Buns & onion rings not any better. Only got one Cole Slaw & no chicken dip. Boneless chicken & Cole Slaw are the very best!!n***Update. After emails & a very wonderful letter, I was assured by management that this would be addressed. Thanks!!

Broasted Chicken like it's never been done before! Great taste, great flavor! Hot and Ready when you arrive.nnThe popularity of this location is the only downside. You can order online and have the food ready for you when you arrive, but, you still need to wait in the line to tell the server at the speaker that you have arrived - at least that's the experience I have had here twice. Kind of of count-intuitive.nnThe food is still great tasting. The chicken, potatoes and other fixings are great but the Cole Slaw get a 'Eh.'. We skip ordering this from there. It doesn't seem as inspired as the rest of their fine menu.

I love chicken shack, but normally order from the one on 7 mile. I just pickup up my order front the Westland location and am half tempted to return it. The food looks and feels days old. Pathetic.

If you like chicken that has bones in it I definitely would recommend this place, but if you're not much of a person that likes chicken with bones then you wouldn't really like this place. But overall they have some good food like there really buttery potato cubesud83dudc4dud83cudffb.
