We had non-beef tacos and nachos. It was drive through as not allowing dine in yet. Though it was busy with few cars waiting in line but they really did a good and efficient job in taking orders and delivering food, diligently. I had a bad experience in my previous taco branch when they delivered us with beef despite we ordered with beans but this branch did a good job.

How hard is it to read what is on the screen, that you've confirmed with the customer repeatedly beforehand or even had on mobile order, and then put that thing in the bag?nnThis location is a joke. Even being the only customer in line, or giving a mobile order hours in advance, they will almost go out of their way to give you the absolutely incorrect order. Or better yet, have their doordash drivers steal your food and offer no refund or apology. I cannot wait to move away from here and never have to try this location again. It is absurd how inept their team is.

Terrible. Forgot my 2 Chalupas, I called and they said I needed to either come back today, or have my receipt to get them. No refund offered. Well, they never gave me a receipt, and I live 20 minutes away, not worth the drive, so I am frustrated and out my $$. Don't bother, this location has the worst inventory, they are the only place I go to that is out of something about every time I go, including BEEF once.

Stopped with my wife and 3 kids. The service staff was rude, the wait was nearly 20 minutes and they screwed up our order. Even worse, when I showed them that they forget several items, they almost argued with me about it. I had to show them what was given to me and my receipt. At which point they agreed to give me the missing items and still gave us the wrong order. At that point, we couldn't take the incompetency any more and just left. I will never go there again.

It's taco bell. We all know what we here for. Hopefully they keep the Nacho fries so I can keep coming but I already know they always take em away once I get comfortable.
