Way too expensive. About twice what I would generally expect to pay. Otherwise good service and good results. Just wish I could afford to continue to take my clothes here. Looking for another dry cleaner.
I decided to try My Cleaners because it is closer to my house. I will not be going back. I dropped off 10 items on Tuesday morning. The woman told me they'd be ready Saturday. I told her I wouldn't be able to pick them up until Monday morning and she said ok. I went in Monday and she said my clothes weren't there. They'd be ready after 3 pm. They were supposed to be ready Saturday? I go back Tuesday morning (a week after drop off) and she hands me 7 shirts that aren't mine. I see my shirts on the rack as the go by. They have another name on them. To top it all off they don't take American Express either. I will stick to Michigan Cleaners on Maple Road. They are faster and have a drive through.
We have used My Cleaners regularly for several years and have never had any problems. Service has been reliable and pleasant.
Good service. We had alterations and dry cleaning done. Both were completed on time without problems.
