One bay sucks but only waited 45 minutes or so to get in with 4 trucks in front of us. Joe was managing and verified work while being performed. Will be back and hopefully have good timing again! Very happy with the wash! Thank you!
They always if a driver has a mask to wear if the driver isn't wearing one. This needs to stop. Its been pounded in our heads. If people need ans want to were masks then they need to wear gloves also. The app should give the driver the ability to enter all the information so we don't need to get out. That will help with social distancing.
Where to start. Went in last night ,I asked please easy on the paint. With too much pressure , I look. Has the gun 6 inches from paint ,Peel a chunk off my hood as to make their Mark , no pride. Just pay and move on. Hard to have any respect ,nNo more real truck washes around. SadnWill cost me more to fix my paint then the wash.nNot worth going to Blue Beacons .
My first time...washed my food trailer. Did a great job. I Highly recommend this truck wash.
The worst Blue Beacon location out there. Went in there to wash the truck and trailer barley washed the truck didn't even wash the trailer. Definitely taking an advantage that there isn't other truck washed near by and slacking off on the customer service and the wash service it self. Blue Beacon really needs to do something about this location.
