They are always friendly, fast, and make good sandwiches. I love that they have a drive thru - as a disabled customer, this helps.

3/27/21 at 5pm I went to the Owosso subway and I felt bad for the guy working there. He had 3 cars in the drive through and 3 people inside. It took him 10 minutes just to take my order. You guys really need to hire more help if you're going to run the drive through and dine in. Very disappointed. Also was my first time back in a year!! Last time I went was a day before the first lock down. I was hoping for a better smoother experience.

I came to subway on my lunch hoping to have a speedy and friendly experience. I recieved the opposite of that. There were 3 women working and only one of them was fast and friendly. Ally did a wonderful job. Her other two co workers were moving extremely slow. My lunch is only 30 minutes and they took 20 minutes to make my sandwich alone. This was the worst experience I've had a subway and this one is usually the best in town.

2 locations out of mariana. Happens all the time i need to find a new sub restaurant totally sick of it. Part that annoys me the most as I'm 100% confident they are not out and just don't want to grab another tray of meatballs later in the night. That and they are almost always out of chocolate chip cookies and frequently out Italian herbs and cheese bread. Honestly its pointless to even visit they won't have what you want. Im so annoyed im scratching subway off my restaurant list!!
