I really wanted to love the Pronto Pup. I like the concept and they have great reviews! But it did not live up to the hype. They use low quality hot dogs and it was pretty salty. Friendly workers! Cash only and $1.75 per corn dog!

We had heard so much about this place. For my birthday I told my husband I wanted to go there. The most amazing corn dogs ever. So glad we went on the only weekend they are open in the winter. Will definitely go back in the summer!!!!!

Gotta love a good pronto pup. This place is always insanely busy. The menu is simple: pronto pups.nnWhat is a pronto pup? It's like a corndog, only way better. It's not thick save bready like a corndog, nor is it sweet like one. OvereatnInstead the coating is thin and krispy, and more savoury than sweet.nnHighly recommended, if you can stand to wait in the line. They move fast, but demand is always extremely high. A long pronto pup line is the marker of a strong summer crowd.

I used to be a regular client at Pronto Pups but unfortunately they posted a smattering of extremely polarizing views on almost every topic imaginable. There are many places within Grand Haven that serve delicious food (and in half the wait time). Unfortunately, I don’t know that I can support a business with their drastic ideals. If you haven’t yet gotten the chance to see/read the post, I encourage you to look into the business’s rant for yourself before visiting.

Great dogs! Thanks for opening up this January weekend and donating money. Awesome place and must stop if in Grand Haven.
