I’ve never had a worse experience here, i rarely leave reviews because I don’t want to be a Karen but, I ordered two different subs and they were both signature subs and they made them with the wrong things after telling them I only want what comes on them. I also had one customized sub and she managed to mess that up to by putting things I didn’t even say on it. Not sure if she was new or something but I’m going to make sure to start avoiding this subway.

I ordered through DoorDash because I currently can’t drive. My order was incomplete. Missing my chips and I believe I ordered my wrap toasted, which it wasn’t. I called the restaurant and they said because I ordered through DoorDash I had to contact them. The store couldn’t send anyone with my chips and I would have to come in and get them or get a credit. For $1.69 it wasn’t worth the hassle. I think the least they could do is remove the charge from my order. Afterall, they filled the bag not the DoorDash driver. Very disappointed.

Aaron and Josh did so great my son suggested we write a review. They were very polite and patient while taking my sons order. We will definitely be going back to this specific store. Great job boys!
