What a great job, and even nicer people! Sarah and Andy did a great job and worked around my schedule. My kids loved watching the carpets get cleaned, and they were so kind to them!! From beginning to end, our experience with Crystal Clean Carpets was great. I had no problem getting ahold of them and setting up an appointment for later that week. Andy and Sarah came out on time, they walked through the house with me to look for stains, they asked about the history and age of the carpet. They worked efficiently, they worked hard, and they did an amazing job bringing our 24 year old carpets back to life. It is apparent that they love what they do and are also very good at getting carpets clean. The price was so very fair, and there were no hidden costs or unreasonable markups for larger rooms. Andy and Sarah went above and beyond and I would highly recommend their professional carpet cleaning service.
