For the same amount of laundry I spend over $40 to wash and somewhat dry at the cheapest place Muskegon has to offer I get washed and dried completely for under $20 at center Town laundromat the place is clean and the biggest benefit is that it is open 24 hours and I would say for the people that are complaining about getting ripped off $10 in their review maybe they should stop dumping money into a machine that obviously is broke and fill out a complaint form requesting a refund and also for those who say it is dirty at 7:00 in the morning there is no one in there cleaning late night early morning so I can imagine whoever used it after cleaning through and home obviously didn't pick up after themselves you can't blame a mess left from messy people on the laundromat owners they can't be there 24 hours some people have nothing good to say about anything be your own judge give it a try for yourself I think you'll be pleasantly pleased

Clean and friendly atmosphere. Small and charming. Conveniently open 24 hours. Reasonable prices.

I loaded up the big washers and put soap and fabric softner in only to lose 38 quarters in them. Had to call the guy said it'd take him 30 minutes to get there so I took my clothes and put them in smaller washers. When he got there he said how dies 32 quarters sound!! Like I wasted laundry soap softner and more quarters than that. Nobody emptied the coin catcher so it was too full to accept any more change. The coin machine also eats 20s and whatever u put in it for quarters... I will never go here ever again!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Unfair business practices and poor customer service.nnI used a $20 dollar bill in the change machine and it did not dispense my change. I used the atm next to the change machine and withdrew another $20 and payed the $3.50 atm fee. Money that I really didn't have to spare mind you. I used the other change machine and received my $20 in quarters and did my laundry.nnI called the service number on the machine and was told to fill out a credit return slip. I filled out the slip and heard nothing for 3 weeks. I called the number again and they said they never received my information and proceeded to take my information over the phone. 2 weeks later I received a $20 check that nobody wants to cash ud83dude02. I guess I got some money back but I had $23.50 and 5 weeks invested and got a hassle filled check...nnI don't think this is a terrible place but the washers don't always work, the sidewalk and entry way are rarely salted, and if you get ripped off be prepared for a ride.
